Set Comments
The idea behind "Make Your Own Name Stickers" was to have some goofy insult fun
at your friend's expense by taking the blank area of the monster sticker and placing the
name of a friend right on it. Inside each pack of stickers, Topps even supplied a sheet
of ready-stick names to facilitate matters! Consequently, many stickers are found today
with long forgotten friend's names adhered to the sticker fronts. Stickers are "blank backed."

As with Topps "Ugly Stickers" series, there are variations with Make Your Own Name Stickers
that can be frustrating for collectors. Some illustrations were used in Topps' Ugly Stickers series
as well. We are working on getting the definitive word on Make Your Own Name Stickers and
will post info soon.
